10. Guaranteed Report Delivery
We guarantee that you'll receive your diagnosis report within 14 days of the assessment. If not, you'll receive a full refund.
11. Cancellation Policy - If you cancel your appointment 7 days or less before the scheduled date, a cancellation fee of 12% of the total fee will be charged.
- If your partner cancels or reschedules the appointment within a month of the scheduled date, you will be refunded for travel arrangements and fees. Evidence of the incurred expenses must be provided.
- Additionally, you may be eligible for a refund of up to 10% of the appointment cost for any inconveniences caused by partner cancellations or rescheduling.
